The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission is committed to making our programs and facilities accessible to all. When reporting a complaint, please do your best to include as much information as possible about the incident. SFPUC staff will investigate your complaint and get back to you within 30 days. Please make sure to include your contact information when filing a complaint, if there is no contact information provided, we will not be able to respond to your complaint.
Language Access Policy
The SFPUC recognizes the importance of effective and accurate communication to customers and ratepayers. Our Language Access policy is consistent with the federal and state guidelines and in compliance with San Francisco Administrative Code, Chapter 91, Language Access Ordinance (LAO).
