San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Notice of Public Hearings scheduled:

A Public Hearing to consider updating Section F (Water Efficient Irrigation) of the SFPUC Rules and Regulations Governing Water to Customers (Water Service Rules) to prohibit irrigation of nonfunctional turf (grass) at public, commercial, industrial, and institutional (CII) sites with potable water in alignment with Assembly Bill 1572. Public Notification for First Approval Action for the Cherry Dam Spillway Short-Term Improvement Project

The SFPUC intends to adopt the Final Mitigated Negative Declaration (FMND), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) findings and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) for the first approval action under CEQA on the Cherry Dam Spillway Short Term Improvement Project.
