East SOMA Sewer Improvements Project

The East SOMA Sewer Improvements Project will rehabilitate the existing 100-year-old sewer mains and sewer lower laterals located under several streets highlighted on the Project Maps.

Week of April 14:

3rd Street (King and Berry):

• No construction scheduled for week.

Howard Street (2nd and 1st):

• No construction scheduled for week.

Bryant Street (3rd and 2nd):

• No construction scheduled for week.

Mission Street (7th and 6th):

• Backfilling and shoring of large manhole will occur April 18.
• Excavation and replacement of sewer laterals will occur April 14 to April 18 and continue into the next week.

Mission Street (6th and 5th):

• No construction scheduled for the week.
• Sewer lining anticipated to begin week of May 12, prior noticing will be provided. 

7th Street (Mission and Market):

• No construction scheduled for the week.

3rd Street (Folsom and Harrison):

• Construction of sewer manhole will conclude on April 14 (West of Harrison).
• Construction of sewer manhole will conclude on April 17 (East of Folsom).
• Crews will be performing lining for 1 culvert on April 18.

Howard Street (Fremont and Main):

• No work schedule for the week.
