CONSTRUCTION LOOK-AHEAD
STREET RESTORATION CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES
The contractor has developed the following schedule for the final paving of the asphalt streets of the Coso/Precita Project. The old asphalt will be ground down and hauled away. Then new asphalt will be applied and compacted. Please pay attention to posted signs concerning access and parking.
March 2-5: Precita Avenue from Bryant Street to Alabama Street; and Precita Avenue from Shotwell Street to Coso Avenue.
March 6: Precita Avenue from Shotwell Street to Folsom Street.
March 9: Precita Avenue from Folsom Street to Harrison Street.
March 10: Precita Avenue from Harrison Street to Alabama Street.
March 11: Precita Avenue from Coso Avenue to Mission Street.
Weather and/or construction issues may impact the schedule.

POSSIBLE VARIATIONS IN WATER PRESSURE AND QUALITY: During the construction phase of this work, customers along Mirabel Avenue, Montezuma Street, Shotwell Street and Bessie Street may experience temporary variations in water quality and water pressure due to the current work to replace the water main in the area of the project.
