College Hill Reservoir Outlet & Pipeline Project
Overview
The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) and its contractor (Ranger Pipelines) is replacing a portion of an existing large diameter water transmission pipeline (College Hill Pipeline) which runs from the College Hill Reservoir; through SFPUC’s Right of Way and across the unpaved portion of Prospect Avenue to Cortland Avenue. Additional new pipeline connections will also be made on Santa Marina Street from Prospect to Mission Street with an upgrade to the fire hydrant connection on Gladys Street at Santa Marina. The project also includes the installation of new reservoir roof vaults, improved road access (within the reservoir) and electrical upgrades.

- Street base concrete restoration: North side of Cortland Avenue at Prospect Street
Week of March 31
- Final paving: Cortland Avenue between Prospect and Coleridge streets; Santa Marina Street between Mission Street and SFPUC public right-of-way
