College Hill Reservoir Outlet & Pipeline Project
Overview
The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) and its contractor (Ranger Pipelines) is replacing a portion of an existing large diameter water transmission pipeline (College Hill Pipeline) which runs from the College Hill Reservoir; through SFPUC’s Right of Way and across the unpaved portion of Prospect Avenue to Cortland Avenue. Additional new pipeline connections will also be made on Santa Marina Street from Prospect to Mission Street with an upgrade to the fire hydrant connection on Gladys Street at Santa Marina. The project also includes the installation of new reservoir roof vaults, improved road access (within the reservoir) and electrical upgrades.

- Catch basin installation: Northeast corner of Cortland Avenue and Prospect Street
- Curb ramp installation: North side of Cortland Avenue at Prospect Street
- Excavate and install brick bulkhead: Cortland Avenue near Mission Street
Week of February 24
- Curb ramp installation: North side of Cortland Avenue at Prospect Street
- Concrete street base restoration: Cortland Avenue near Mission Street
Week of March 3
- Curb ramp installation: North side of Cortland Avenue at Prospect Street
